Last month, we introduced you to Kathleen Chandler, who has resolved to lose weight and get in shape and graciously agreed to share her journey with us. She’s keeping detailed measurements of her fitness (below) which we’ll include every month. She’s also writing monthly columns that relate her highs and lows, successes and failures, and what’s she’s learning along the way.
