Sundown: Berries and Bubbles, a seasonal cocktail by Gratzi bartender Terry Coombe
It’s finally time for some warm-weather cocktails, and this refreshing treat fits the bill all the way down to the fresh raspberries and blueberries in the bottom of your martini glass.
Ingredients
½ oz. blueberry Smirnoff
½ oz. raspberry Smirnoff
½ oz. Chambord
Splash triple sec
Splash sour mix
Fresh raspberries and blueberries
2 oz. Prosecco (Gratzi uses La Marca)
Place the fresh fruit in a glass and add Prosecco. Combine all the other ingredients in a martini mixer with ice and emulsify. Pour it into a martini glass with the fruit and Prosecco and, voila, you’ve got a fabulous romantic cocktail.
